The patient had a detachment of the left patellar tendon approximately three weeks before evaluation, and it occurred at the apex of the patella.

Dr. Siro Grassi addressed the issue by inserting and fixing anchors, followed by cerclage utilizing Fiber Tape for enhanced structural support.

Finally, to ensure optimal stability and alignment, the Fiber Tape was secured using our 3.5 mm double compression cannulated protection screws.
