The Astrolabe’s CMS 2,3 is indicated for carpal bones fusion (mediocarpal arthrodesis), it allows solid anchorage and union of four bones – Capitate, Lunate, Hamate and Pyramidal – and STT fusions – Scaphoid, Trapezoid and Trapezium.
